XY+Z Design再次携手中海地产，共同打造全新的翠揽云境样板间，包括3套面积分别为106㎡、127㎡以及145㎡的高端住宅。此次项目将设计融于人性，将家居带入悠闲自在的情境，面对当代人居的更高需求、更多元化的年轻居住趋势，实现了基于人生阶段的场景化空间设计。

XY+Z DESIGN once again joined hands with China Overseas Property Group to build together a new model room of The Times Oasis Project, including three sets of high-end residences with an area of 106 ㎡, 127 ㎡ and 145 ㎡respectively. Facing the more demanding and diversified young living trend of contemporary human settlements, the project integrates the design into human nature, bringing home into a leisure environment, realizing the life-stage based the scenic design.

翠揽云境位于杭州艮北新城，地处钱江新城、城东新城、下沙新城黄金三角的中心点，距离钱新2.0一路之隔。

与过去杭州以西湖为中心的精致而婉约不尽相同，作为亚运城市的核心，这里拥江而立，年轻而自在，既可揽胜钱江之水向东入海，潮起潮落，也可观江河交汇，云卷云舒。如同人生之心性，不同生命阶段、不同阅历见识。

The Times Oasis is located in Hangzhou Genbei New City, at the center of the golden triangle of Qianjiang New City, Chengdong New City and Xiasha New City, a street away from the Qianjiang New City 2.0.Different from the exquisite and graceful Hangzhou with the West Lake as the center in the past, here is the core of the Asian Games Host City, surrounded by the river, young and free. Witnessing the Qianjiang River flowing eastward into the sea with tides rising and falling, and enjoying the rivers and clouds moving and merging. Just like the nature of life, different stages, and different experiences.

逐浪户型方正，全明设计，南北通透。LDK动线的布置，在106㎡的户型中植入了家庭社交化的有趣灵魂。厨房设置了大户型才可能拥有的社交吧台，南向约6.7m双阳台设计，都兼顾了观景的体验与生活的照料。

The Wave model is square, and fully transparent from north to south. The layout of LDK moving line brings interesting soul of family socialization into the 106 ㎡apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a social bar that can only be owned by large apartment, and double balcony design of about 6.7m to the south, which takes into account enjoying the view and life.

浪漫随心，艺术精心。“逐浪”目标客群定义为年轻新时代的精致青年。对远处的理想与近处的生活有着自己的见地和独特的审美。由此出发，设计师打造出属于他们的场景化空间。全屋整体设计风格以艺术为情调，打造轻奢摩登、具备艺术质感的生活空间。个性化的家具产品，亮眼吸睛的色彩，看似随意但精心编排的摆件，构建起一整个自由潮流的居所。

Romantic and artistic. The target client of "The Wave" is defined as the delicate youth in the new era, having their own insight and unique aesthetics of the distant ideal and the near life. Based on this, the designer create their own scene space.

The overall design style of the whole house is artistic, creating a light, luxurious and modern living space with artistic texture. Personalized furniture products, eye-catching colors, seemingly random but carefully arranged decorations, build a free and trendy.

在家的空间中，设计师进行动静两区的场景探索。动区设计，在创新与碰撞中找到自由。比如厨房预留的“转角咖啡馆”，以此打造成为家庭中的社交中岛。厨房可根据中西式烹饪随时开放，或直接作为吧台，早晨的咖啡与夜间的微醺，传统的饭香美味和当代的轻食主义都可以兼容变换，人间烟火与惬意自由融合。

In the space of home, the designer explores the scene of dynamic and static zones.Dynamic zone design——find freedom in innovation and collision. For example, the "Corner Cafe" reserved in the kitchen is built into a social island in the family. The kitchen can be opened at any time according to Chinese and Western cooking, or directly become a bar. Coffee in the morning and little drink at night, traditional food and modern light diet can be compatible and transformed, while cooking and pleasure can be enjoyed freely.

餐厅混搭了大理石餐桌、藤编靠椅与布艺沙发，色调和谐而材质多元，搭配墙面的摆件和略复古的吊灯，使得整体家居风格充满了趣味性和灵动性，整体空间视觉分布轻重得当。同样的混搭也运用在了客厅，更加展现品质的皮质家具提升整体品味。红白条纹的茶几将整个画面点亮，有增添几分年轻人的俏皮劲。

The dining room mixes marble tables, rattan chairs and cloth sofas. The harmonious colors and diverse materials the decorations on the wall and slightly retro chandeliers, the overall space is full of fun and flexibility, and visually balanced. The same mix and match is also used in the living room, with leather furniture further improve the overall quality and taste. The red-and-whitestriped tea table lights up the whole space, adding a bit of playfulness to young people.

静区设计，在温柔与舒适里漫享时光。静区的卧室更加注重温馨与舒适，素色的主调明亮而宽敞，线条柔美雅致，使人静心而放松。整体布局与家居风格注重个性和艺术品味，空间有限但却有效利用，使得每一处都具有特色且实用精致。

Static zone design——enjoy time in tenderness and comfort. The bedroom in the static zone pays more attention to warmth and comfort. The main tone of plain color is bright and spacious, and the gentle elegant lines, making people calm and relaxed.The overall layout and style focus on personality and artistic taste, and the space is limited, but effectively used, making every place unique, practical and exquisite.

“卧云”为纯正四房，三卧朝南，全明设计，南北通透。玄关配置了玄关独立鞋帽间，让工作和生活有了充满仪式感的切换。侧厅的设计仿佛展开与天空亲密接触的幕布，让光线充分参与家庭成员的亲切交流。三卧室朝南，让每一位家庭成员都感受到阳光平权的照顾；儿童房 270°采光，让成长的每一天都有阳光的陪伴。南向双阳台的设计，让生活阳台和景观阳台充分兼容；以及充足的全屋收纳空间预留满足家庭成长周期需求。

"The cloud" is a pure four-room suite, with three bedrooms facing south, and transparent from north to south. The porch is equipped with an independent shoe and hat room, creating a ritual work- life switching. The design of the side hall is like a curtain that is in close contact with the sky, allowing light to fully participate in the close exchanges of family members. The three south-facing bedrooms allow every family member to equally enjoy the sunshine; The 270 ° daylighting children's room makes every growing day accompanied by sunshine. The south facing double balcony design makes the living balcony fully compatible with the landscape balcony; while sufficient storage space is reserved in the whole suite to meet the needs of family growth cycle.

“卧云”大小为127㎡，场景设定为三十而立的三人小家。他们将以前的棱角锋芒逐渐收敛，这并不意味着他们对生活的热情也会淡去。他们追求更快节奏生活里，家成为最重要的心灵自留地。在可预见的未来里，他们依然阳光浪漫。

"The Cloud" is 127㎡ square meters, designed for a small family of three people in their thirties. They gradually put away previous sharp edges, which does not mean that their enthusiasm for life is fading. In their pursuit of a faster pace of life, home has become the most important spiritual harbor. In the foreseeable future, they are still sunny and romantic.

在这个空间里，设计师以白色和原木色为主调，让整体氛围更加柔和温馨，明亮纯粹的色调使得空间宽敞舒适，健康自然的加持，让人产生对于家的归属和心的宁静。再加上东方美学的融合，更深层次讲述人居的哲学概念。

In this space, the designer chooses white and log color as the main tone to make the overall atmosphere more soft and warm. The bright and pure colors make the space spacious and comfortable, and the blessing of health and nature makes people feel at home and calm. Coupled with the integration of the oriental aesthetics, it further tells the philosophical concept of human settlement.

大面积的原木材质，对生活与自然的记忆和想象相互交融，客餐厅合一的布局提供了最开敞的景观观赏面。室内与室外，大面积的木质温和呈现于空间中，不动声色地调节着情感，如诗般充满隐喻，同时也塑造着场所的时间维度。

With the large area of log materials, the memory and imagination of life and nature blend with each other, and the integrated layout of the living room and kitchen provides the most open landscape. Indoors and outdoors, a large area of wood is gently presented in the space, quietly regulating emotions, filled with poetic metaphors, shaping the time of the place.

家具的选择上，更具流线感的造型成为首选。圆润而灵动，清爽不繁复，呈现出舒适的材质肌理，最大程度让住宅空间成为完全放松的地方。

On the choice of furniture, the more streamlined shape becomes the first choice. Round and flexible, fresh and not complicated, showing a comfortable texture, making the residential space a completely relaxing place to the greatest extent.

听潮 The Tide

“听潮”户型的设计理念是：“家庭平权、阳光平权”，南向面宽约14.6m，四开间朝南的设计让社交空间和私人空间均享受到了阳光的关照，入户独立储藏室和全屋收纳预留空间为实现精细化收纳提供了前置考虑。面宽约8m南向跑道式阳台更是为室内外风景交换展开了一张美好的幕布。

The design concept of " The Tide" is: "equal families and equal sunshine". The south facing width is about 14.6m. The south facing four-room design allows social space and private space to equally enjoy the sun. The independent storage room and the reserved storage space for the whole suite provide a pre consideration for realizing refined storage. The south facing runway balcony with a width of about 8m is a beautiful curtain for the exchange of indoor and outdoor sceneries.

“听潮”户型目标人群对生活有着极高的品质追求。他们有着更多的阅历，从而坚定地将人生的浪漫和情调赋予在每个不可忽视的细节之处。

因而“听潮”的设计如同一杯红酒，将生活的无限浪漫逐渐浓缩之一家之中，通过色彩与家具的流动组合展现更具质感与格调的氛围。

色彩使用上，黑色成为所有空间中的主体，同时在不同场景中进行相应的调和，素色墙面的餐厅和卧室可以提亮整个空间，使人全身心放松。客厅一墙全铺酒色木面，大气复古但不因循守旧。

The target group of " The Tide" has a high pursuit of quality life. They are more experienced, so they firmly give the romance and sentiment of life to every detail that can not be ignored.

Therefore, the design of " The Tide" is like a glass of red wine, which gradually condenses the infinite romance of life into a home, and shows a more high quality and stylish atmosphere through the flowing combination of color and furniture.

In terms of color use, black becomes the main body of all spaces, and corresponding harmony is carried out in different scenes. The dining room and bedroom with plain walls can brighten the whole space and help people relax. The wall of the living room is covered with wine colored wood, which is retro but not conservative.

整体风格上，则以皮质为主，将质感拉满，展现成熟奢雅的品味与格调。桌椅、柜子以及几乎所有装饰品中都不经意但却很精致地点缀金属元素，重现时装定制的高级品质感，使之在沉稳的同时更有生活的情调，打造出属于他们的场景化空间。

As for the overall style, it is mainly leather, which fills the texture and shows the taste and style of maturity, luxury and elegance. Tables, chairs, cabinets and almost all decorations are casually but exquisitely decorated with metal elements to reproduce the high-quality sense of fashion customization, make it calm and have a more romatic life style, and create a scene space belonging to them.

同时，随处可见的几何图形掩盖不了主人对于设计审美和自由的追求，下至客厅地毯，上至餐厅主灯，皆采用不规则的图形进行艺术化处理，体现时髦的态度。

At the same time, the geometric figures everywhere is implying the owner's pursuit of aesthetic and freedom of design. From the carpet in the living room to the main lamp in the kitchen irregular figures are used for artistic treatment, reflecting a trendy attitude.
