Yuehu Mountain Sales Center is a supporting facility designed for  YIFANG Group Mangshi  YuehuMountain House project. As a permanent building, the sales center plans tocontinue to undertake part of the catering functions of the project after thecompletion of the sales work.

芒市悦湖山销售中心是一方集团云南芒市悦湖山旅居项目定制的配套设施。该销售中心作为永久性建筑，计划在销售工作完成后继续承担项目的部分餐饮功能。

Yuehu Mountain project, covering an area of 415 mu, is located in the landscape corridor of Mangshi, the capital of Dehong Prefecture, YunnanProvince. It is committed to creating a poetic "living and traveling" life model integrating travel experience, living, cultural creativity and high-endcommunity. About 60% of the target clients of the project are not local residents.

悦湖山项目占地415亩，位于云南省德宏州州府芒市山水走廊观景带，致力于打造集旅游体验、旅居生活、文化创意、高尚社区于一体的富有诗意的“居、游”生活典范。项目的目标客户人群中约60%为非本地居民。

Yuehu Mountain Project is only 2.5 kilometers away fromdowntown, living in the mountain, but not far away from the city. You can smell the flowers，hear the cicadas while enjoy the bustle of the city.

悦湖山距市中心仅2.5公里，虽居于山却不远离城。可嗅花香静听蝉鸣，亦可入繁华享受都市热闹。

LocalCultural Features | 本地人文风情

Mangshi is called "Menghuan" in Dai language. It is atypical border city of ethnic minorities with Dai, Jingpo, De'ang, Achang andSusu. In ancient times, it was an important post station of the famous"Silk Road" in ancient times, and was known as "the first townin the western border of Yunnan". With beautiful scenery, pleasantclimate, simple ethnic customs and rich tourism resources, it is known as "peacock town" and "dawn city".

芒市傣语称“勐焕”，是一个典型的以傣族、景颇族、德昂族、阿昌族、僳僳族为主的少数民族边境城市。这里古为著名“丝绸之路”的重要驿站，素有“滇西边陲第一镇”之称。境内景色秀丽，气候宜人，民族风情淳朴，旅游资源丰富，被誉为“孔雀之乡”、“黎明之城”。

The design inspiration comes from the elegant and flexible blue peacock, which seems to be born to be the best spokesperson of the frontier. It is said that more than a thousand years ago, Dai leader called to imitate the beautiful posture of peacock to dance. Later, it was processed and shaped byfolk artists and passed down to form peacock dance. It is also the most famoustraditional performance dance of the local Dai Folk dance today.

设计灵感来源于优雅灵动的蓝色孔雀，仿佛生来就是边陲秘境最佳的代言人，相传一千多年前，傣族领袖召麻栗杰数模仿孔雀的优美姿态而学舞，后经历代民间艺人加工成型，流传下来，形成孔雀舞，也是今天当地傣族民间舞中最负盛名的传统表演性舞蹈。

It is often said that music is the flowing building. In this case, the designer tried to present the poetry and the dream withthe rhythm and language of the space.

世人常说，音乐是流动的建筑。这一次，设计师尝试通过空间的韵律和语言来演绎这片边陲秘境的诗和远方。

The designer proposed to take "eyes of peacock" as the key concept, with peacock feathers, musical notes, organ as majordesign elements, using the properties of different materials and the unique arrangement of spatial structure to create a healing space that is in harmony with nature and fully releases the body and mind. The design broke through the traditional commercial function of sales center. Through unique space experience, visitors will be led to the poetry and romance that they are searching for.

整个空间设计师提出以孔雀的形态，“孔雀之眼”为主题概念，以孔雀羽毛、音符、管风琴为设计元素，运用不同材料的属性和空间结构的独特排列营造出，一个与自然相合、让身心得到充分释放的疗愈空间，打破传统售楼处单纯的商业属性，通过独特的空间体验，将到访者引领至内心深处追寻的那片诗和远方。

By characterizing it as a permanent building and as a supporting long-term operating direction of the community, we hope that thisclub will bring people the feeling of soothing, long-term existence but nottired.

由定性为永久建筑并作为社区配套长期运营方向出发，设计师希望此空间给人们带来的感受是舒缓的，长久存在且不会疲惫。

As if the peacock feather fall on the lake inadvertently, the delicate inclined roof looks vivid and light. It seems that the unique feather texture growing from theearth can be continued in the facade. The roof and wall naturally disappearedin front of their eyes, together with the distance between human and nature.

宛若不经意间飘落在湖面之上的孔雀羽翼， 微妙的倾斜设计生动而轻盈，仿佛从大地生长出来的独特羽毛纹理， 在立面得以延续，平日理所当然的屋顶与墙面如同在眼前消失了一般，与之一起消失的还有人与自然之间的距离感。

The clear water like a mirror quietly greets every visitor, washes away the fatigue from afar, gently comforts the restless heart, and purifies the body and mind of every visitor with its calm and tolerant power.

清澈如镜的池水静静迎接着每一位到访者， 不动声色的洗去远道而来的疲惫，温柔的抚慰着原本躁动不安的心，用它平静与包容的力量净化着每一位到访者的身体与心灵。

The shadow of the cable changes with the movement of the sun,  like the string of time. The rhythm of the space is then formed in the cycle, repetition and change. Therefore, the solidified space flows like music.

拉索在阳光下的投影如同时间的琴弦，随太阳位置的变换弹奏出不同的乐章，在循环、重复与变化中形成空间的节奏和韵律，凝固的空间因而如同音乐般流动起来。

When the night falls, stars fall in front of you, unfolding the mysterious picture of the galaxy, as if you are in the sea of stars. The ring-shaped glass curtain shows a gentle shimmer, like a peacock sleeping in the quiet night.

当夜幕降临，星光在眼前坠落，展开银河神秘的画卷，恍如置身于浩瀚星海。环形落地玻璃透着温柔的微光，犹如孔雀在安静的夜色中慢慢睡去。

Harmony Between Man And Nature

Key Concept | 主题概念

Rethinking the definition of the essence of life -- the more advanced science and technology is；the more advanced the society is, the farther our life is from nature. However, human beings have a natural and biological love for the natural world. The more far away from nature, the deeper people's desire for nature will be. Designers hope to convey a way oflife that pays attention to nature and integrates with nature through the concept of naturalism.

重新思考生活本质的定义——科技越是发达、社会越是进步，我们的生活反而距离自然越远，然而人类对自然世界有一种天生的、生物性的喜爱。越是远离自然，人对于自然的渴望也就越深，设计师希望借由自然主义的设计理念传达一种关注自然、融于自然的生活方式。

The new architectural style combines the natural curve with modern materials, and uses the smooth curve to express the freedom of life and emphasize the artistic concept of harmony and unity.

将自然曲线与现代材料结合的新型建筑风范，采用流畅的曲线来表达生命的自由以及强调和谐统一的艺术理念。

The roof formed by stretching the Chinese character "人" (which means “human”) combines the roof of traditional local buildings,abandons the traditional order of complete symmetry, and seeks a new balance betweenrules and irregularity, between tradition and non-traditional.

“人”字通过拉伸变换而成的屋顶，结合了当地族人传统土楼屋顶的形制，放弃了完全对称的传统秩序，转而在规则和不规则之间，传统与非传统之间寻求一种新的平衡。

The roof formed by stretching the character"human" combines the traditional form of earth building roof of localpeople, abandons the traditional order of complete symmetry, and seeks a newbalance between rules and irregularity, between tradition and non-traditional,

整个设计在空间的处理、体量的组合及与环境的结合上都追求平衡与和谐，建筑几乎没有墙体，由悬挑构件和幕墙似的形成遮蔽的感觉，强调竖直和水平的节奏。人们在其中可以产生被自然包围的感觉，探寻自然的真谛。

The main body of the space below is composed of three independent rectangular boxes, which are different in length and distance from each other as a response to the asymmetric roof. Although seemingly independent of each other on the surface, they can connect with each other to form a whole when necessary. This arrangement also gives more varioties and possibilities to the functional division and use of space.

下方空间的主体由三个相互独立的矩形盒子构成，作为与不对称的屋顶的呼应，三个盒子的长度以及彼此间的距离也都不尽相同。表面看似彼此独立，但在内部却可以在需要时彼此联通成为一个整体，这样的安排也为空间的功能划分和使用赋予了更多变化和可能。

This change and possibility also extend to the facade. Three groups of rotatable planks form the wall. Between open and close, there are thousands of possibilities, such as the unpredictable state of the world. To the inside is me, to the outside is the world. When you open the door, you open the heart.

这种变化与可能同样延续到了立面，三组可旋转的木板形成一道道若有似无的墙，在开合之间生出万千种可能，如世间百态变幻莫测。向内是我，向外是天地，推开的是门，打开的却是心。

The space reserved between the roof and the main body notonly makes the whole building become flexible and light, but also gives it thesame breath as the living beings. When the breeze pass by the ear, when thelight pass through the fingers, when the drop of rain wet your hair, every breath you take is connected with the energy of the universe. Suddenly, you disappear between heaven and earth, and become truly integrated with the universe.

屋顶与主体之间保留的空间不仅让整个建筑瞬间变得灵活轻盈，更让它同生灵一般拥有了呼吸，掠过耳边的一阵风，越过指间的一道光，沾湿发丝的一滴雨，每一次呼吸都连接着天地万物的能量，刹那间你消失在天地间，与天地真正融为一体。
